Again, we successfully completed an extension and a loft conversion on this property. The extension has led to the creation of a beautiful spacious kitchen, which opens up onto a lounge leading onto the rear garden. The folding doors open up the rear extension completely onto the garden creating the perfect space for those summer garden parties.

For the loft conversion we created two double bedrooms and a shower room, affording more space for the house share.

The fine attention to detail continues through to the exterior of the property and as you will note, the slate of the roof of the loft conversion matches that of the extension, pulling the two projects together.
