We successfully completed a two storey side extension and loft conversion for this property, creating a more spacious home for a growing family.

The ground floor extension led to the creation of a spacious kitchen at the rear of the property and a study at the front. Relocating the kitchen into the extension then resulted in opening up the dining room, providing space for adults and children to dine together.

The second storey of the extension was used to expand the existing bathroom and installing a shower area. We were also able to convert a small third bedroom into a large double bedroom with an en suite and a ‘walk in’ wardrobe and the loft conversion created a fourth double bedroom with a spacious en suite.

We trust you will agree that this is rather large project but of course much easier than moving and a sound investment for the family.
